Full day coffee tour in Cusco

Travel program
First, our guide will pick you up from your accommodation (04:00), later, we will take the route to Quillabamba, after a time of approximately 2 hours we will arrive at the Málaga pass, a place to observe and interpret the importance and beauty of this snowy summit, which is impressive in the eyes of locals and strangers. Next, the ecosystem is changing, we go down to the edge of the jungle, we stop at a viewpoint, where we will see a beautiful valley. Finally, we arrive at our host's house where we will be waiting for a delicious tropical breakfast. Next, we start with our coffee tour, knowing the types of coffee, the associated work methods, etc.
Our host will teach us how to collect the coffee, grind it and extract it, and then go through the roasting in an artisanal way (clay pot and wood stove). In this way, we begin to grind the roasted beans to later obtain the essence of coffee and thus taste the organic process of coffee, likewise, we will go to our dining room to taste our lunch based on local products. In this way, we finish our activity and return to the city of Cusco, leaving you in your accommodation.
